How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the payment and shipping process step by step.
How long does delivery take?
Eastern Dresses will ship the product within a week by courier. Standard delivery takes 0–7 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Eastern Dresses only delivers within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your data. We never store your card details on our servers.
What happens if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, any amount debited from your account will be refunded within 7–10 business days, as per RBI guidelines. If you don’t receive it in time, you may escalate it to your bank or RBI Ombudsman.
Order Returns
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Refunds for failed payments follow RBI guidelines.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed on our website are final and cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
